义兴老记是关中蒲城地区的一个家族合伙制商号,名下有酿酒、制作粉条、养猪、养羊等业务,依靠互助借贷、抵押土地等方式筹集生产资金,是一个集借贷、手工生产、土地租佃于一身的生产单位。义兴老记的财东本堂姓朱,其家族成员在义兴老记账本中有大量支取银钱的记载。义兴老记还雇佣若干伙计,并有工资发放记录。义兴老记四种账本显示了关中地区商号经营习惯、记账习惯和当地的货币使用习惯等,对于研究关中家族经营类型以及手工业与地方社会的关系有重要价值。
Yixing laoji is a family partnership in pucheng,guanzhong.It has wine making,noodle making,pig raising,sheep raising and other businesses.It relies on mutual loans and land mortgage to raise production funds.Caidong's surname is zhu,and family members have a large amount of money withdrawn in the accounts of yixing laoji.Yixing laoji also employs several associates and has payroll records.The four kinds of books in yixing laoji show the trading habits,bookkeeping habits and local currency usage habits in guanzhong area,which are of great value for the study of the family business types in guanzhong and the relationship between handicraft industry and local society.
