多元文化视阈下大学生在少数民族地区支教活动探析 被引量:2

摘要 教育扶贫是精准扶贫的重要组成部分,是阻断贫困代际传递的根本之策,是增强贫困地区脱贫致富的内生动力。大学生在少数民族地区支教增强了各族人民之间的沟通与交流,促进了各族人民大团结,加快了中华民族多元一体格局实现的步伐。但是部分大学生思想观念淡薄,支教大学生遴选机制不健全,部分大学生教学实践经验缺乏,支教大学生流动性较大,在一定程度上不利于多元文化融合。通过强化大学生的思想信念,构建科学的遴选机制,构建系统的培训机制,构建大学生支教队伍的长效机制,有助于改进大学生支教活动,促进多元文化融合。 Poverty alleviation through education is an important way of the targeted poverty alleviation.It is the fundamental policy to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty and is the endogenous motive force to cast off poverty and set out on a road to prosperity.College students'teaching activities in the minority areas enhance communication and exchanges between peoples of all ethnic groups,promote the unity of the people of all ethnic groups,accelerate the realization of pluralistic integration pattern of Chinese national pace.However,some college students’ideological concepts are weak,the selection mechanism of teaching college students is not perfect,some college students lack of teaching practice experience,and the mobility of supporting college students is severe,to a certain extent,it is not conducive to multicultural integration.By strengthening college stu⁃dents’beliefs,building a scientific selection mechanism,building a systematic training mechanism,and building a long-term mechanism of college student’teaching activities teams,it helps to improve college students’sup⁃porting activities and promote multicultural integration.
