摘要
既有公共建筑监测数据处理技术主要面向用能数据,缺少针对用能、环境和安全等多种性能监测集成数据的高效处理方法。提出基于综合性能监测数据的编码规则、处理模型和预警方法,解决了既有公共建筑综合性能监测数据的高效处理问题,并应用于天津市某医院建筑综合性能监测管理平台,取得了良好的应用效果。
The monitoring data processing technology of existing public buildings is mainly oriented to energy use data,and lacks efficient processing methods for various performance monitoring integrated data such as energy use,environment and safety.This paper proposes coding rules,processing models and early warning methods based on comprehensive performance monitoring data,which solves the Problem of efficient Processing of comprehensive Performance monitoring data of existing public buildings,which is applied to a comprehensive performance monitoring management platform for a hospital in Tianjin and has achieved good application effects.
