摘要
目的探讨鼻咽癌放疗患者心理弹性水平及其相关因素。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者180例为研究对象,选用CD-RISC量表评价其心理弹性水平,采用多因素logistic回归分析鼻咽癌放疗患者心理弹性影响因素。结果本次调查鼻咽癌放疗患者心理弹性评分为(68.28±11.42)分,心理弹性良好112例,心理弹性较差68例,整体水平偏低;多因素logistic回归分析显示,高年龄、低学历、低收入、自我效能水平差、医学应对措施(回避、屈服)是影响患者心理弹性的独立危险因素,而社会支持为保护因素(P<0.05)。结论我院鼻咽癌放疗患者心理弹性水平整体偏低,故需针对影响因素强化护理干预,加大社会支持力度,提高患者的心理弹性水平。
Objective To investigate the level of psychological elasticity and its related factors in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy.Methods To select 180 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy who were treated from April 2017 to April 2019 as the study subjects.The CD-RISC scale was used to evaluate their psychological elasticity.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the psychological elasticity of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy.Results The psychological elasticity score of the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy in this survey was(68.28±11.42)points,112 cases of patients had good psychological elasticity,68 cases of patients had poor psychological elasticity,and the overall level was low.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the advanced age,low education,low income,poor level of self-efficacy,and medical coping measures(avoidance,yielding)were independent risk factors affecting patients'psychological elasticity,and social support was a protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall level of psychological elasticity of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy in our hospital was generally low.Therefore,it was necessary to strengthen nursing intervention based on influencing factors,increase social support,and increase the level of psychological elasticity of patients.
