摘要
审批流程作为工作流应用的实例,将业务和流程进行了解耦,有效地支撑了业务单据的审批、流转,在企业信息系统中应用广泛。在审批流程的执行过程中,为了使得设计的审批流程模型能够灵活应对各种审批需求,例如流程撤回、委托代理,提出了一种基于有向图的审批流程模型,并探讨了模型的路径选择策略。将流程路径划分为条件路径、缺省路径和默认回退路径,给出了各自的定义、优先级划分和匹配策略,基于三种路径形成了流程通过的路径选择策略和流程退回的路径选择策略。这些策略使得流程模型的灵活性得到了提高,使之能够支持流程撤回、委托代理、条件分支流程、子流程等复杂审批业务,通过一个请假流程的实例描述,验证了该策略的有效性。
As an example of workflow application,approval process decouples business and process and effectively supports the approval and flow of business documents,which is widely used in enterprise information system.To satisfy the requirement of more flexible routing selections in approval process model which is demanded in the execution of approval process such as process withdraw and process delegation,we present an approval process modal based on directed graph and discuss its routing selection strategy.By the definition,prioritization and formulation of matching strategy in three kinds of path:conditional path,default path and default fallback path,the two routing selection strategies for corresponding approval results are formed based on the paths.These strategies make the model flexible enough to support the approval process of complex business such as process withdraw,process delegation,process with conditional branch and sub-process.The effectiveness of the strategies is verified through the description of a leave process.
