摘要
为降低线路周边建筑物受振动影响,青岛地铁某高架段在U型梁面与道床之间喷涂了聚氨酯/脲粘弹性阻尼材料Qtech-T418,形成了约束阻尼减振道床结构。总结了Qtech-T418粘弹性阻尼材料配比设计要点及力学性能;结合聚脲弹性体施工经验,介绍喷涂粘弹性阻尼材料的通用施工工艺和首次应用于工程实践的反向施工工艺,叙述了喷涂施工的要点及聚脲弹性体常用缺陷修补方法。
In order to reduced the influence of vibration on the around structure of viaduct,Qtech-T418 viscoelastic damping material was sprayed between U-beam surface and ballast bed in Qingdao Metro test section.The ratio system of polyurea elastomer could be designed,the mix design of Qtech-T418 damping material was introduced,and the material properties of the damping material were studied.Based on the construction experience of polyurea material,a construction technology of spraying damped polyurea coating in narrow space was proposed.At the same time,the quality control of the damping material sprayed by the new technology was described.
