鲜铁皮石斛功能性饮品及其制备方法 被引量:5

摘要 研制一款具有清凉利尿、滋阴清热、除烦止渴、生津养胃的鲜铁皮石斛功能性饮品。以鲜铁皮石斛、淡竹叶、柠檬为主要原料,配以白砂糖和纯净水,采用单因素试验和正交试验,以感官评分为判定标准,获得鲜铁皮石斛功能性饮品的最优配方。试验结果:鲜铁皮石斛功能性饮品的最佳配方为:鲜铁皮石斛30%、淡竹叶12%、新鲜柠檬汁3%、白砂糖8%,依此配方制作的鲜铁皮石斛功能性饮品具有良好的气味和口感。该研究可为铁皮石斛资源的开发利用提供开阔的思路及理论依据。 To develop a functional drink of fresh Dendrobium Dendrobium with cool diuretic,nourishing yin and clearing heat,removing trouble and quenching thirst,and nourishing the stomach.Methods:Fresh iron sarcophagus,light bamboo leaves and lemon were used as the main raw materials,together with white granulated sugar and pure water.The optimal formula was obtained by orthogonal test.Results:The best formula of functional drink of Dendrobium candidum:30%of fresh Dendrobium,12%of light bamboo leaves,3%of fresh lemon juice,8%of white sugar,and functional beverages prepared by adding the above components to drinking water.The fresh Dendrobium functional drink made according to this formula has the functions of cooling diuretic,nourishing yin and clearing heat,removing trouble and quenching thirst,nourishing the stomach and nourishing the stomach,and having good odor and taste.Conclusion:This study can provide a broader idea and theoretical basis for the development of Dendrobium candidum resources.
