摘要
目的探究ICU肠内营养相关性腹泻患者采用个体化护理的效果。方法择取2018年3月-12月期间我院ICU行肠内营养发生相关性腹泻患者76例,随机分为2组各38例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行个体化护理干预,比较2组护理前后营养指标变化、腹泻停止时间及住院时间,同时对2组护理满意度及低蛋白血症发生率进行比较。结果 2组护理前血红蛋白及血清白蛋白等营养指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组两种营养指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者腹泻停止时间及住院时间少于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,低蛋白血症发生率低于对照组,差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论为ICU肠内营养相关性腹泻患者提供个体化护理干预可有效改善其腹泻症状和营养状况,有利于降低低蛋白血症发生率,对患者的康复具有积极影响。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures and effects of patients with nutrition-related diarrhea in the ICU. Methods From March to December 2018,76 cases of enteral nutrition-related diarrhea occurred in ICU,and 38 cases were randomized. In the control group,the patients in the control group were treated with personalized nursing. The changes of nutritional indicators,diarrhea stop time and hospitalization time were compared before and after treatment. The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of hypoproteinemia were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the nutritional indexes of hemoglobin and serum albumin between the two groups(P>0.05). The two nutritional indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The diarrhea stop time and hospitalization in the observation group was less than the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,and the incidence of hypoproteinemia was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with ICU enteral nutrition-related diarrhea can effectively improve their diarrhea symptoms and nutritional status,help reduce the incidence of hypoproteinemia,and have a positive impact on the rehabilitation of patients.
