变电站直流系统蓄电池的运维方案研究

摘要 大部分自动化设备尤其是继电保护装置,其电源都是直流电源,因此变电站的直流系统是否安全可靠就显得尤为关键。南方电网公司目前已针对变电站直流系统的安全运行颁发多个规范,但众多规章制度的背后依然存在不足之处。最主要的是蓄电池数据出现明显的劣化趋势但未达到规范所规定的故障数值时,如何对问题进行定性,只能依靠人为判断,由于不同人员的理解不同,就会使判断结果出现诸多偏差,使设备的潜在故障无法得到及时处理。本文主要内容为设立优化的运维方案,计算出存在故障隐患的蓄电池组该如何调整检修周期,才能保证整个直流系统具有足够的可靠度。 Most of the automation equipment,especially the relay protection devices,are powered by DC power.The safety of the substation’s DC system is particularly critical.China Southern Power Grid Corporation has issued a number of specifi cations for the safe operation of substation DC systems.However,there are still some shortcomings behind many regulations.The most important thing is that when the battery data shows obvious deterioration trend but fails to meet the fault values specifi ed in the specifi cation.How to characterize the problem can only rely on human judgment.Due to the different understandings of different people,there will be many deviations in the judgment results,so that the potential failure of the equipment cannot be dealt with in time.The main content of this paper is to establish an optimized operation and maintenance plan,and how to adjust the maintenance cycle of the battery pack with hidden troubles to ensure the reliability of the entire DC system.
