摘要
为探究沼渣生产商品化有机肥料的可行性,文章以沼渣和沼渣好氧堆肥产物为原料生产有机肥、生物有机肥和复合微生物肥料,通过种子发芽率试验、油菜盆栽试验验证不同肥料对作物生长的影响,为沼渣肥料化提供参考依据。结果表明,沼渣好氧堆肥温度达到了《粪便无害化卫生标准(GB7959-2012)》要求;以沼渣和沼渣发酵产物为原料生产的有机肥(Y0,Y1)、生物有机肥(S0,S1)和复合微生物肥料(F0,F1)符合相关国家标准;Y0,S0,Y1,S1处理GI>90%,F0和F1处理的GI小于45%;S0,S1,F0,F1处理间油菜的鲜重差异不显著,高于Y0和Y1处理;各处理间油菜的维生素C(Vc)含量和叶绿素含量差异不显著。
In order to investigate the feasibility of producing commercial organic fertilizers from biogas residue,this research used biogas residue and its aerobic compost product as raw materials to produce organic fertilizer,bio-organic fertilizer and compound microbial fertilizer.The effects of different fertilizers on crop growth were verified by rape seed germination test and pot experiment.The result showed that the aerobic composting temperature of biogas residue met the requirement of"Hygienic Requirements for Harmless Disposal of Night Soil(GB7959-2012)".The produced organic fertilizer(Y0,Y1),bio-organic fertilizer(S0,S1)and compound microbial fertilizer(F0,F1)all met the national standard.The germination index(GI)of Y0,S0,Y1 and S1 was more than 90%,but the GI of F0 and F1 was less than 45%.There was no significant difference in fresh weight of rape among S0,S1,F0 and F1,and they were higher than Y0 and Y1.And there’s no significant difference in vitamin C(Vc)and chlorophyll contents among all treatments.
