摘要
内陆核电站建设是我国未来解决内陆能源紧缺的一种重要途径,然而近年来严重核事故所造成的负面影响,使恐核心理成为了我国核电健康发展的重大阻碍。通过阐述美国内陆核电厂、法国内陆核电厂和中国内陆核电厂的发展运行概况,从厂址特征、放射性物质迁移、受纳水体与冷却水源和热阱安全四个方面,对我国内陆核电厂的安全性进行了分析。说明了内陆核电的发展有利于减少长距离电力传输的损耗,且在现有技术下,内陆核电可确保放射性物质不外泄,保证生态环境和公众安全。
The construction of inland nuclear power plants is an important way to solve the energy shortage in China in the future.However,the negative effects of serious nuclear accidents in recent years have made nuclear phobia a major obstacle to the healthy development of nuclear power in China.This paper describes the development and operation of American inland nuclear power plants,French inland nuclear power plants and Chinese inland nuclear power plants,and analyzes the safety of China's inland nuclear power plants from such four aspects as site characteristics,radioactive substance migration,receiving water and cooling water source,and hot trap safety,indicating that the development of inland nuclear power is conducive to reducing the loss of long-distance power transmission,and that with the existing technology,inland nuclear power can ensure that radioactive substances do not leak out,and ensure the ecological environment and public safety.
