摘要
目的分析显微手术与传统手术修复急性手外伤的有效性及安全性。方法将我院收治的60例急性手外伤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组行传统手术修复,观察组行显微手术修复,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的术中出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的创面愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3、7 d,两组的hs-CRP、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统手术,显微手术可减轻急性手外伤患者的手术创伤,有利于减少术后并发症的发生,加快术后恢复。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of microsurgery and traditional surgery in the treatment of acute hand injury.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute hand injury in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and obsenvation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery and the observation group was treated with microsurgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of wound healing and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the 3rd and 7th day after treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional surgery,microsurgery can reduce the trauma of the patients with acute hand injury,reduce the postoperative complications and speed up the recovery.
