摘要
从质量管理现状入手,分析了我国检验检测服务机构的整体管理水平及在管理方面存在的突出问题,从而提出了质量创新的概念;论述了质量创新的必要性及在质量管理中所起的作用,并通过案例具象凸显了质量创新的价值和意义;提出了互联网+平台为检验检测机构服务的理念,对内服务、对外服务双线均通过软件系统实现,充分应用互联网技术,让企业在互联网技术的支撑下,享受到“点对面”的高效精准服务;通过互联网+平台的应用,使检验检测机构的质量管理得到提升,为煤矿企业安全生产提供全方位技术支持与服务。
Starting from the current situation of quality management,the overall management level of inspection and check service institutions in China and the outstanding problems in management were analyzed,and the concept of quality innovation was put forward.By discussing the necessity of quality innovation and its key role in quality management,the value and significance of quality innovation were showed through cases.The concept of serving inspection and check institutions by Internet+platform was put forward,so that internal service and external service were realized through software system.By using Internet technology,enterprises can enjoy“point-to-point”efficient and accurate services.Through the application of Internet platform,the quality management of inspection and check institutions was improved,and all-round technical support and services for coal enterprises was provided.
