摘要
骨是一种不断变化的器官,需要不断的重建,维持结构的完整性,满足运动系统及体内矿物稳定的需要。骨重建过程主要由破骨细胞的骨吸收活动与成骨细胞的骨形成活动达到偶联平衡。一旦偶联失衡,容易导致各种骨代谢疾病,如骨质疏松症等。目前骨重建致病机制尚不明确,因此,在细胞水平上了解骨重建过程,为骨代谢疾病的治疗提供潜在的药物靶点。
Bone is a constantly organ,which requires constant reconstruction to maintain structural integrity and meet the needs of the movement system and the stability of minerals in the body.The bone remodeling process is mainly osteoclastic bone resorption and osteoblastic bone formation.Once the coupling is unbalanced,it is easy to cause various bone metabolic diseases such as osteoporosis.However,the pathogenesis of bone remodeling is still unclear.Therefore,understanding the bone remodeling process at the cellular level provides a potential drug target for the treatment of bone metabolic diseases.
