摘要
机械加工技术中的难点之一就是对薄壁件的加工,因为这种工件很容易产生变形。结合薄壁件的内孔加工为案例,分别分析原材料、装夹、切削参数、应力变形等因素对工件变形的影响,从而有针对性的进行技术改进,促进薄壁工件加工的技术越来越完善。
One of the difficulties in machining technology is the processing of thin wall parts,because the workpiece is easy to produce deformation.Taking the inner hole machining of thin-walled parts as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of factors such as raw materials,clamping,cutting parameters and stress and deformation on the deformation of workpieces,so as to carry out targeted technical improvement and promote the improvement of thin-walled workpiece processing technology.
