摘要
加强基层组织建设,要以提升组织力为重点,突出政治功能。在突出政治功能视域下,文章研究了提升组织力的理论逻辑、政策逻辑和路径逻辑,构建了三个圈层结构逻辑导向。研究组织力的理论逻辑和政策逻辑,把握提升组织力的路径逻辑,对于坚持和加强党的全面领导,落实全面从严治党的各项要求,完善现代微观治理体系,推动基层单位改革创新发展具有重要的意义和价值。
Strengthening the construction of grass-roots organizations should focus on enhancing organizational strength,highlight political functions.This paper studies the theoretical logic,policy logic and path logic of enhancing organizational power,and constructs three circle structure logic-oriented graphs.It is of great significance and value to study the theoretical logic and policy logic of organizational power and grasp the path logic of improving organizational power for adhering to and strengthening the overall leadership of the party,implementing the requirements of comprehensive and strict governance of the party,improving the modern micro governance system and promoting the reform,innovation and development of grassroots units.
