摘要
目的:研究来氟米特(LEF)联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗强直性脊柱炎的效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治强直性脊柱炎患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组采用常规治疗加MTX;研究组在对照组基础上加用LEF。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组,研究组治疗后BADAI、BASIM、ESR、CRP等指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:来氟米特联合甲氨蝶呤治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效显著,且不增加不良反应。
Objective:To study the effect of leflunomide(LEF)combined with methotrexate(MTX)in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:86 patients with ankylosing spondylitis were selected from January 2017 to January 2019,and they were randomly divided into the two groups with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy and MTX,and the study group was treated with LEF on the basis of the control group.We Compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of BADAI,Basim,ESR and CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Leflunomide combined with methotrexate is effective in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis without increasing adverse reactions.
