摘要
目的:探讨采用氯吡格雷+阿司匹林肠溶片治疗急性心肌梗死的效果。方法:2013年1月-2018年12月收治急性心肌梗死患者126例,随机分为两组,各63例。对照组采用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗;观察组采用氯吡格雷+阿司匹林肠溶片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后最大血小板聚集时间、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后左室舒张末容积(EDVI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)水平明显高于对照组,左室收缩末容积(ESVI)ESVI水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷+阿司匹林肠溶片对急性心肌梗死的治疗效果显著,能有效抑制血小板聚集,改善心肌缺血,促进受损心肌细胞的修复,改善心功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of clopidogrel and aspirin enteric coated tablets in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:126 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected from January 2013 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin enteric coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel and aspirin enteric coated tablets.We dompared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maximum platelet aggregation time,fibrinogen and platelet aggregation rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of EDVI and LVEF in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the level of ESVI was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clopidogrel and aspirin enteric-coated tablets have significant therapeutic effects on acute myocardial infarction.It can effectively inhibit platelet aggregation,improve myocardial ischemia,promote the repair of damaged myocardial cells,and improve cardiac function.
