摘要 如今,新生代员工在全球企业员工总数中的占比越来越大,对企业发展的推力作用越来越明显。然而企业的传统管理对新生代员工的吸引力不足。对此,许多企业变革了管理制度,将游戏化思维应用到企业管理中,成就了许多成功案例。以罗辑思维公司为例,经研究,该公司将游戏化思维贯穿于公司绩效管理中的目标设计、过程指导、考核反馈、激励发展四个阶段,有效地激发了员工的内在动机,增强了员工的工作积极性。通过研究罗辑思维公司绩效管理游戏化的优势和不足,总结出一系列有关企业如何应用游戏化思维至企业绩效管理中的经验和建议,帮助企业通过优化管理制度来增强自身对新生代员工的吸引力。 Nowadays,the new generation of employees accounted for an increase proportion of the enterprise and played an important role in enterprises in the world.but the traditional management of the enterprise is not attractive to them.To solve the problem,a lot of enterprises have reformed the management system and successfully attracted the new generation of employees.Taking logic show company as an example,through the research,the company applies the gamification thinking into the four stages of goal design,process guidance,assessment feedback and incentive development in the company’s performance management,which effectively stimulates the internal motivation of employees and enhances their work enthusiasm.By studying the advantages and disadvantages of gamification in performance management of logic show,a series of experience and suggestions on how to apply gamification in performance management are summarized to help enterprises enhance their attraction to the new generation of employees by optimizing the management system.
