摘要
农民工社会融合的评价体系研究不仅对农民工的社会融合有促进作用,而且还可以促进社会的和谐稳定发展。本文用层次分析法对其进行研究,将其分为目标层、准则层和指标层。目标层为农民工社会融合评价体系;准则层包括经济、文化、社交、心理和制度融合五个方面;指标层包括相对收入水平、相对消费水平、居住水平等13个指标。研究结果表明:准则层中的心理融合和制度融合所占比重越来越大,指标层中的居住水平、文化水平、社交对象、社会保障所占比重越来越大,各相关部门应依据农民工的实施需求调整相关政策和规定,以促进农民工的社会融合。
The research on the evaluation system of migrant workers’social integration can promote the social integration of migrant workers,and then promote the harmonious and stable development of society.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to study it,and divides it into target level,criterion level and index level.The target level is the evaluation system of social integration of migrant workers;the criteria level includes five aspects:economic,cultural,social,psychological and institutional integration;and the indicators level includes 13 indicators,such as relative income level,relative consumption level and living level.The results show that the proportion of psychological integration and institutional integration in the criteria level is increasing,and the proportion of living level,cultural level,social objects and social security in the indicators level is increasing.Relevant departments should adjust relevant policies and regulations according to the implementation needs of migrant workers in order to promote the social integration of migrant workers.
