摘要
目的观察中药熏蒸治疗脑卒中后上肢肌肉痉挛的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月在山西中医学院附属医院康复科住院的脑卒中患者80例,按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,两组病例均给予常规康复治疗、针刺治疗,观察组加用中药熏蒸治疗,并于中药熏蒸后给予康复训练。疗程4周,比较两组治疗前后改良Ashworth痉挛量表等级评分、简化Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)评分、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分的变化。结果疗程结束后观察组改良Ashworth痉挛量表等级评分、简化Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)评分、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论中药熏蒸结合常规康复治疗、针刺治疗能明显改善脑卒中后上肢肌肉的痉挛状态及上肢运动功能,提高患者日常生活能力。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation on the muscle spasm of upper limbs after stroke.Methods 80 patients with stroke admitted by the Department of Rehabilitation of Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine from January,2017 to December,2018 were randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)by the random number table.Patients in both groups were given routine rehabilitation and acupuncture treatment.The observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine fumigation and rehabilitation training for 4 weeks.The scores of modified Ashworth spasticity scale,simplified score of Fugl-Meyer motor scale(FMA)and score of modified Barthel index(MBI)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After the treatment,the observation group had better modified Ashworth score,simplified FMA score and MBI score than the control group,with statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with conventional rehabilitation and acupuncture treatment can significantly alleviate spasm state and improve motor function of upper limb muscles after stroke and the ability of daily life.
