摘要
传统的烧结生产具有废气量大、污染负荷居首、污染物种类多等特点。随着国家对排放标准逐步严格要求,钢铁企业面临较大的减排压力,一系列新兴烧结行业环保改造措施应运而生。传统的烧结生产控制设计已无法满足新兴环保设施的控制要求,急需进行更深层次的基于PLC的优化智能控制。
The traditional sintering production have the characteristics of large amount of waste gas,topping pollution load,many kinds of pollutants.The iron and steel enterprises are faced with the greater reducing pressure,with strict requirements of emission reduction by our country,and a series of environmental protection transformational measures are coming.The traditional control design for sintering production cannot meet the requirements of new environmental protection facilities,it`s needs the deeper intelligent control base on the PLC.
