摘要
[目的]以岗位胜任力理论框架为依据,构建符合我省初级医疗护理员培训课程内容体系,为护理员的培训提供理论依据。[方法]采用德尔菲专家函询法,遴选28位专家参与函询,确定课程内容指标体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)计算各指标权重并进行分析。[结果]最终确定了以基本素质、基础知识、基本技能作为一级指标,以及一级指标下的6个二级指标、21个三级指标和86个四级指标的培训课程内容体系。两轮问卷有效回收率分别为93.3%和96.6%,总体专家群体的权威系数为0.865,第2轮专家函询结果显示4级条目的Kendall’s W值分别为0.158,0.511,0.313,0.353,一级指标基本技能的权重最大(0.5396),二级指标中生活照护技能的权重最大(0.4047)。[结论]构建的初级医疗护理员培训课程内容的专家积极性高,权威程度高,协调性好,研究结果真实可靠,各指标权重的设置结果可接受,可为今后护理员的培训课程提供参考。
Objective:Based on the theoretical framework of post competency,to construct content system of training courses for nursing assistants in our province so as to provide reference for the future training of nursing assistants.Methods:Using Delphi method,28 experts were selected to participate in the construction of course content index system.And the weight of each index was calculated and analyzed by using Anglytie Hierarchy Process(AHP).Results:The training course system consisted of basic quality,basic knowledge and basic skills as the first level indicators,6 second level indicators,21 third level indicators and 86 fourth level indicators.The effective recovery rates of two rounds of questionnaires were 93.3%and 96.6%respectively.Authority coefficient of expert was 0.865.The results of the second round of expert consultation showed that Kendall′s W of the fourth-level index were 0.158,0.511,0.313 and 0.353 respectively,The basic skills in the first-level indicators had the largest weight with 0.5396,and living care skills had the largest weight(0.4047)in the second-level indicators.Conclusion:During the construction of the primary medical nursing assistants training course content,the experts enthusiasm and authority deyree are relatively high.Coordination among experts are pretty good.And research results are authentic and reliable.In addition,the results of setting the weights of the indicators are acceptable.This system can provide reference for training courses of primary medical nursing assistants in future.
