摘要
"痈疽原是火毒生"指出火热之邪是外科疾病中最主要的致病因素,黄莺教授结合临床经验提出"始终不忘清热解毒"的观点,并指导临床诊治取得了满意的疗效。现笔者通过临床三则病案认证上述观点的合理性及其临床价值。
"Carbuncle is Fire-producing" points out that the pathogenic factor of fire and heat is the most important pathogenic factor in surgical diseases.Professor HUANG Ying puts forward the viewpoint of "never forget clearing away heat and detoxification" based on clinical experience,and guides clinical diagnosis and treatment to achieve satisfactory results.Now the author certifies the rationality and clinical value of the above views through three clinical cases.
