摘要
评估输电通道的送电能力时,一般取预想故障集下送电能力的最小值,而不考虑预想故障发生概率,带来一定的保守性。给出一种评估输电通道送电能力的等效送电能力指标。该指标利用预想故障发生概率与各故障发生概率之和的比值作为权重,避免了“低概率、低送电能力”故障导致的保守性;通过引入送电能力期望值并计算预想故障下送电能力低于送电期望值的分布,避免了各预想故障下送电能力分布不均而导致的评估结果不合理的问题。以我国某实际系统作为仿真算例,验证了所提指标的有效性。
The traditional transmission capacity evaluation of transmission grid,usually takes the minimum value of the transmission capacity under contingencies,without considering contingency probability,and brings some conservatism.A new transmission capacity index is proposed,the transmission capacity of each contingency is weighted by the ratio of its probability to the sum of the contingencies probability,avoiding the conservatism caused by the contingency with low probability and transmission capacity.The expected transmission capacity value is used to avoid unreasonable evaluation caused by the uneven distribution of the transmission capacity.The effectiveness of the proposed index is verified by the actual power grid in China.
