摘要
详细调查了某段高速公路7座运营隧道的衬砌裂缝情况,根据裂缝走向不同,分为纵向裂缝、环向裂缝和斜向裂缝,并分别从设计、施工和环境等角度对裂缝成因进行了分析,指出初期支护强度不足、二次衬砌厚度较薄、环境温差较大、地下水等是裂缝产生的主要原因,最后提出了处理衬砌裂缝的方法。
This paper investigates seven expressway tunnels’ lining cracks in detail in site. According to the direction of different cracks,the crack can be divided into longitudinal crack,circumferential cracks and diagonal crack. The reason of causing cracks is analyzed from design,construction and environment. The main reasons causing cracks are insufficient first lining support strength,insufficient second lining thickness,large temperature difference and groundwater. Finally,rack treatment measures are put forward.
