摘要
科技创意方案评估已成为创意孵化成功与否的关键性因素。在分析科技创意影响因子的基础上,从创新性、生态性、可行性、功能性四准则设计了评估定性一级指标体系,构建了基于规则的科技创意评估模型,最后提出了相关优化策略。
Under the background of"Mass Entrepreneurship and Mass Innovation",the various crowd innovation space have developed rapidly.It has become a very important work to grasp and evaluate the level of science and technology creation timely.The paper is based on analyzing the influencing factors of science and technology creation project.The evaluation index system is designed on the four dimensions innovation,ecology,feasibility and functionality;and the evaluation model of science and technology creation project based on the rule are constructed.And the correlative strategies are given.
