摘要
目的探讨参松养心胶囊联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片对高龄老年人冠心病合并室性期前收缩的疗效及对血清炎性因子白介素-17(IL-17)、胱抑素C(CysC)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法选择高龄老年冠心病室性早搏患者40例,随机分为对照组20例与试验组20例。对照组采用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合参松养心胶囊治疗。两组疗程均为1个月。比较两组疗效、治疗前后IL-17、CysC和hs-CRP水平变化及不良反应情况。结果试验组总有效率(90.0%)明显高于对照组(75.0%)(P<0.05);试验组室性早搏次数减少更多(P<0.05);两组患者血清中的IL-17、CysC、hs-CRP水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),且试验组治疗后血清IL-17、CysC和hs-CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论参松养心胶囊联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片可更有效改善高龄老年人室性早搏临床症状,显著减少室性早搏次数,且无明显不良反应发生,其机制可能与降低患者血清IL-17、CysC和hs-CRP水平有关。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Shensong Yangxin Capsule Combined with Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with premature ventricular beats of Coronary Heart Disease and the levels of serum IL-17、CysC and hs-CRP.Methods The elderly patients with premature ventricular beats of Coronary Heart Disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group consisted of 20 casesand was treated with Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets.The observation group consisted of 20 cases and was treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets.The basic treatment group was the same as that of the control group.Continuous treatment for one month was a course of treatment.The effective rate,the levels of serum IL-17、CysC、hs-CRP and adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups.Results After treatment,the effective rate(90.0%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(75.0%)(P<0.05).The reduction of ventricular premature beats of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference between two groups before treatment regarding the levels of serum IL-17、CysC and hs-CRP,but the levels of those indicators was lower in observation group than control group after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Shensong Yangxin Capsule Combined with Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets is highly effective in treating elderly patients with premature ventricular beats of Coronary Heart Disease with significant reduction of ventricular premature beats and no serious adverse reactions.The mechanism may be related to the decrease of serum IL-17,CYSC and hs-CRP levels.
