摘要
对某车型的3种聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料进行了气味测试,并用热脱附气质联用的方法测定PVC中的挥发性有机物(VOC),分析出了影响气味的关键物质及其来源。研究结果发现,影响PVC气味的挥发性物质主要是PVC生产过程中使用的溶剂类和添加剂类物质。
The odor of 3 kinds of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)material for a vehicle was tested,and the volatile organic compounds(VOC)in PVC were detected by thermal desorption gas chromatography-mass spectrometer.The crucial substances were analyzed,and the origin of odorous substances was analyzed.The results show that the substances which affect the smell of PVC are solvents and additives used in PVC production.
