鸢尾叶水浸液对娃娃菜种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了解鸢尾科植物对其他植物生长可能具有的影响,以不同浓度鸢尾(Iris tectorum)叶水浸液为处理液(蒸馏水作对照),以娃娃菜为受试对象进行了种子萌发与幼苗生长试验。结果表明:鸢尾叶水浸液对受试植物娃娃菜种子萌发及幼苗生长有一定影响,总体表现为中低浓度(10.0~40.0 g/L)下可促进种子萌发和幼苗生长,而在80.0 g/L浓度时鸢尾叶水浸液对娃娃菜种子萌发和幼苗生长产生显著抑制(P<0.05);经进一步分析表明,鸢尾叶水浸液对娃娃菜根生长的影响(促进或抑制)较其对芽生长的影响(促进或抑制)更为强烈。 In order to investigate the effects of Iridaceae plants on other plants species, the effects of Iris tectorum(leaves) aqueous extract on seed germination, seedling growth of Chinese cabbage were studied. The results showed that the aqueous extractof I.tectorum had certain impact on the seed germination and seedlings growth of Chinese cabbage, and the effect levels increased with the concentrations increasing of aqueous extract. There were significant differences in germination rates and seedling growth aspects of Chinese cabbage seeds between the treatment group(80.0 g/l) and controlled group(P<0.05), and the Chinese cabbage root growth had been inhibited stronger by the aqueous extract of I.tectorum than the bud growth of Chinese cabbage.
