摘要
目的探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病CD31的表达及与预后的关系。方法回顾性分析2017年1月~2018年9月我院收治的50例急性淋巴细胞白血病患者的临床资料,依据CD31表达情况将其分为CD31表达阳性组(11例)与CD31表达阴性组(39例),所有患者均随访至2019年9月。比较两组患者的第1次复发所需时间、诱导缓解时间、复发率、诱导缓解率。结果两组患者的诱导缓解时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CD31表达阳性组的第1次复发所需时间短于CD31表达阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD31表达阳性组的复发率高于CD31表达阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD31表达阳性组的诱导缓解率低于CD31表达阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性淋巴细胞白血病患者的CD31表达情况与其预后存在关系,通过检测CD31的表达情况,可能会预测其复发及诱导缓解情况。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD31 in acute lymphoblastic leukemia and its relationship with prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into CD31 positive group(11 cases)and CD31 negative group(39 cases)according to CD31 expression.All patients were followed up until September 2019.The time required for the first relapse,induced remission time,relapse rate and induced remission rate of the two groups of patients were compared.Results There was no significant difference in induction and remission time between the two groups(P>0.05).The time required for the first relapse of CD31 positive group was shorter than that of CD31 negative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of CD31 positive group was higher than that of CD31 negative group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The induced remission rate of CD31 positive group was lower than that of CD31 negative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CD31 expression in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia is related to their prognosis.Detection of CD31 expression may predict relapse and induced remission.
