摘要
随着对外开放程度的不断提高,内蒙古的外商直接投资(FDI)规模也呈大幅提升。但是,由于内蒙古的产业结构存在结构性偏差,FDI的引入也相应地出现集中流向第二产业的现象,外资在促进产业发展的同时,加剧了产业结构的失衡。为此,应该合理引导外资流向,加强外资审核和监管,充分发挥其在产业结构中的促进作用。
With the continuous improvement of the opening up,the scale of foreign direct investment(FDI)has also increased significantly in Inner Mongolia.However,due to structural defects in Inner Mongolia's industries,the inflow of FDI has also appeared to concentrate on the secondary industry.While FDI promotes industrial development,it has exacerbated the imbalance of industrial structure.Accordingly,it is suggested that the flow of FDI be reasonably guided,FDI review and supervision be strengthened,and the role of FDI in boosting industrial structure be capitalized.
