摘要
目的探讨超声诊断甲状腺腺瘤的诊断价值及临床作用。方法选取本院于2016年12月至2018年12月收治的120例甲状腺疾病患者为研究对象,甲状腺腺瘤与甲状腺癌患者各60例。所有患者均接受超声诊断方式,结合其临床资料,分析超声声像图特点,与病理诊断结果为依据,判断其超声符合率,继而探析超声诊断甲状腺腺瘤的诊断价值及临床作用。结果甲状腺腺瘤患者与甲状腺癌患者的收缩期血流最大流速与阻力指数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),甲状腺腺瘤患者的血流分布集中在1级与2级之间,甲状腺癌患者血流分布集中在3级与4级之间,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超声诊断甲状腺腺瘤的特点观察信息详细,诊断符合率均为100.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声诊断方式应用于甲状腺腺瘤的诊断过程中效果显著,其影像学特征明显,可利用病灶包膜与边界、回声等方面信息,准确判定甲状腺腺瘤,避免甲状腺癌的误诊率,操作简便,无不良风险,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and clinical effect of ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid adenoma.Methods 120 patients with thyroid adenoma and thyroid cancer who were hospitalized in our hospital between December 2016 and December 2018 were selected as clinical research subjects,with 60 cases in each group.All patients received ultrasound diagnosis methods,combined with their clinical data,and analyzed the features of ultrasound imaging.Based on the pathological diagnosis results,the ultrasound compliance rate was determined,and then the diagnostic value and clinical effect of ultrasound in diagnosing thyroid adenomas were explored.Results There was significant difference in the maximum flow rate and resistance index between thyroid adenoma and thyroid adenoma(P<0.05).The blood flow distribution in thyroid adenoma patients was concentrated between level 1 and level 2,and the blood flow distribution in thyroid adenoma patients was concentrated at level 3 and 4.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The characteristic observation information of ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid adenoma is detailed.The diagnostic compliance rate is 100.0%,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis is effective in the diagnosis of thyroid adenoma,and its imaging features are obvious.It can be used to accurately determine the incidence of thyroid adenoma and avoid the misdiagnosis of thyroid cancer.The operation is simple and the risk is not bad.It is worth promoting.
