摘要
不同用地属性内的建筑空间形态都有其自身的特点,并形成了不同的室外物理环境。研究温湿度和风速的空间分布特征在不同用地属性上的状况已成为改善室外热环境的前提。本研究对寒冷地区滨海城市大连市夏季的室外热环境进行实测调研数据,选取教育、工业、居住、商业和其他类等不同用地属性地块进行对比分析。通过对建筑密度、绿化率、建筑高度等参数以及场地内温度、湿度、风速等因素进行研究,以期为城市人居环境营造与改善提供参考和依据。
The architectural spatial forms in different land use attributes have their own characteristics and form different outdoor physical environments.To study the spatial distribution characteristics of temperature,humidity and wind speed on separate land properties has become the premise to improve the outdoor thermal environment.In this study,the outdoor thermal environment of Dalian,a coastal city in the remote region,was measured and investigated in summer.Plots with altered land attributes,such as teaching,industry,residence and commerce,were selected for comparative analysis.Through the building density,green rate,building height and other parameters as well as the site temperature,humidity,wind speed and other factors.In order to provide reference and basis for building and improving urban living environment.
