摘要
针对静脉输液存在的一些安全问题,利用单片机设计了一个静脉输液自动监测系统,系统实现了输液速度检测、超速报警、液尽关停及提醒功能。在病人输液时,无需要患者或陪护时刻关注输液情况,当液体流尽时,系统会自动将输液管进行锁紧,停止输液,同时向护士站发出对应病房床位的提醒警报。系统利用对射式红外传感器实现对液滴速度的检测,利用步进电机实现对输液管的锁紧,LCD5110液晶屏显示剩余液体量。通过模拟按压病床报警按钮实现与医院系统的无缝连接,该系统简单实用,稍加改动可用于医疗服务。
In order to solve some safety problems existing in intravenous infusion,an automatic monitoring system for intravenous infusion is designed by using single chip microcomputer.The system realizes the functions of infusion speed detection,overspeed alarm,liquid shutdown and reminder.When the liquid is finished,the system will automatically lock the infusion tube and stop the infusion.At the same time to the nurse station to send the corresponding ward bed alert alarm.The system uses infrared sensors to detect the droplet velocity and lock the infusion tube by stepper motor.LCD5110 LCD displays the amount of liquid left,and simulation of pressing the alarm button to achieve seamless connection with the hospital system,the system is simple and practical,and can be used for medical service with little improvement.
