摘要
慢性呼吸系统疾病因具有病程长、反复发作等特点,严重影响了患者生命质量,并给社会、家庭和患者带来沉重的经济负担,已成为我国重大公共卫生问题。临床上对慢性呼吸系统疾病的治疗不能仅局限于急性加重期的抢救,还应通过某些措施如肺康复以减轻病情,减少症状,提高患者生命质量。肺康复是一种基于对患者进行全面评估后的个体化综合性干预,包括物理治疗、心理治疗、健康教育及营养支持等,其作为一种广泛适用于慢性呼吸系统疾病患者的非药物性治疗方式,可以有效地改善患者生理和心理状况、提高运动耐量、增加社会活动参与度、减少医疗保健费用及改善生活质量。因此,肺康复在促进慢性呼吸系统疾病患者的康复中具有重要作用。本文对肺康复的发展历史、核心组成部分、主要作用及现存的问题进行了综述,旨在为慢性呼吸系统疾病患者制定肺康复措施提供参考。
Chronic respiratory diseases have a long course of disease and recurrent episodes,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients and bring a heavy economic burden on society,families and patients.As such,they have become a major public health problem in China.Clinical treatment of chronic respiratory diseases should not be limited to rescues in the acute exacerbation period,but also include measures like pulmonary rehabilitation to relieve the condition,reduce symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.Pulmonary rehabilitation is an individualized intervention based on a comprehensive evaluation of patients.It consists of physical therapy,psychological therapy,health education,and nutritional support.As a non-drug treatment method widely applicable to patients with chronic respiratory diseases,it can boost patients′physical and psychological conditions,improve exercise tolerance,promote participation in social activities,reduce medical care costs and improve quality of life.Therefore,pulmonary rehabilitation plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic respiratory diseases.This article reviews the development history,core components,main functions and current problems of pulmonary rehabilitation,and purports to provide a reference for the formulation of pulmonary rehabilitation measures aiming at patients with chronic respiratory diseases.
