摘要
利用除草剂防除杂草稻是最有效的途径,为此进行了不同药剂防治杂草稻试验。采用室内毒力测定与田间药效试验相结合的方法,研究了不同除草剂复配对杂草稻室内毒力及田间药效试验,结果表明:低浓度的NH4NO3、NH4NO3+(NH4)2HPO 4能够显著地促进种子的萌发。室内毒力测定结果表明:噁嗪草酮+丙草胺最佳配比3∶1时增效,增效系数极值为3.29,IC50值为1375.74 mg/L;噁嗪草酮+二甲戊灵最佳配比1∶1时增效,增效系数极值为2.59,IC50值为1575.97 mg/L;丙草胺+二甲戊灵最佳配比3∶1时增效,增效系数极值为2.83,IC50值为1493.30 mg/L。田间药效试验表明:适时用NH4NO3、NH4NO3+(NH4)2 HPO4诱导杂草稻萌发,杂草稻种子萌发期对除草剂量敏感的时期,施用噁嗪草酮+丙草胺(3∶1)875.00 g a.i./hm^2、噁嗪草酮+二甲戊灵(1∶1)787.50 g a.i./hm^2、丙草胺+二甲戊灵(3∶1)915.00 g a.i./hm^2防效81%以上。噁嗪草酮与丙草胺、噁嗪草酮+二甲戊灵、丙草胺+二甲戊灵复配防治杂草稻具有增效作用,有效地控制杂草稻,为杂草稻的防控提供了理论依据。
Currently,chemical herbicides are the main resources for weedy rice control in rice fields,screening of several herbicides agents was conducted on weedy rice in northern japonica rice.We test the effects of different herbicides using the method of test of several chemical reagent to control weedy rice in the field trials and laboratory toxicity.The results show that the effect of NH4NO3 and the mixtures of NH 4NO3 and(NH4)2HPO4 with low concentrations on seed germination of healthy seeds of weedy rice.Indoor bioassay shows that the mixtures of Oxaziclomefone and Pretilachlor have the synergized action and synergistic coefficient,optimal ratio is 3∶1 with the enhancement factor of 3.29,and the IC50 value is 1375.74 mg/L.The mixtures of Oxaziclomefone and Pendimethalin have the synergized action and synergistic coefficient,optimal ratio is 1∶1 with the enhancement factor of 2.59,and the IC50 value is 1575.97 mg/L.The mixtures of Pretilachlor and Pendimethalin have the synergized action and synergistic coefficient,optimal ratio is 3∶1 with the enhancement factor of 2.83,and the IC50 value is 1493.30 mg/L.Field trials demonstrate that seed germination of weedy rice is regulated by germination stimulants such as NH4NO3 and the mixtures of NH4NO3 and(NH 4)2HPO 4.Seed germination is a period during which the weedy rice is most sensitive to Herbicides.The effects of the post-emergence herbicides of tank mixture of Oxaziclomefone and Pretilachlor at the ratio of 3∶1 and 875.00 g a.i./hm^2,tank mixture of Oxaziclomefone and Pendimethalin at the ratio of 1∶1 and 787.50 g a.i./hm^2,tank mixture of Pendimethalin and Pendimethalin at the ratio of 3∶1 and 915.00 g a.i./hm^2 are above 81%.The tests show that the binary composite of Oxaziclomefone and Pendimethalin,Oxaziclomefone and Pendimethainl,Pretilachlor and Pendimethalin all have the synergistic effects on the controlling of weedy rice.The herbicides provide the theoretical basis for prevention and control of the weedy rice and production of the cultivated rice
