摘要
高职院校作为培养科技创新型专业人才的关键阵地,教师的科技创新能力和素质直接关系着人才培养质量和院校办学实力。培养创新人才、实施创新教育既是高职院校的重要职责,也是高职教师必须肩负起来的使命。这就要求高职院校关注并重视教师科技创新教育,这样才能保证学习型人才培养目标的实现。本文首先阐述了高职院校实施教师科技创新教育的必要性,其次深入分析了目前高职院校教师科技创新能力现状及存在的主要问题,最后在此基础上提出了几点高职院校教师科技创新教育的有效策略。
This paper first expounds the necessity of implementation of teachers’ science and technology innovation education in higher vocational colleges, then analyzes the current situation and existing problems of teachers’ science and technology innovation ability based on the reality, and finally puts forward some effective strategies for teachers’ science and technology innovation education in higher vocational colleges.
