500 L/d电容去离子法海水淡化装置设计与性能测试

摘要 为开发一种面向远洋渔船的小型化节能型海水淡化装置,设计并组装了以电容去离子技术为基础的日产500 L淡水的海水淡化装置。分析该装置系统结构与工作原理,并对实现的装置进行试验。结果表明:高电压高处理率,低电压低能耗。对于电导率为3000μS/cm盐水,若追求高产水量,则设置电压1.2 V、流量700 m L/min,此时产水量为738.70 L/d;若追求低能耗,则设置电压0.8 V、流量650 m L/min,此时产水量为526.56 L/d。对于电导率为10000μS/cm盐水,较优选择电压1.0 V、流量450 m L/min,此时产水量为370.30 L/d。 In order to develop a miniaturized and energy-saving desalination device for ocean fishing boats,a desalination device with a daily output of 500 L fresh water based on capacitive deionization technology was designed and assembled.The system structure and working principle of the device are analyzed,and the realized device is tested.The results show that high voltage and high treatment rate,low voltage and low energy consumption.For salt water with a conductivity of 3000μs/cm,if high-yield water is to be pursued,set the voltage of 1.2 V and flow of 700 m L/min,then the water yield is 738.70 L/d;if low energy consumption is to be pursued,then set the voltage of 0.8 V and flow of 650 m L/min,then the water yield is 526.56 L/d.For the salt water with a conductivity of 10000μs/cm,the better choice is voltage of 1.0 V,flow rate of 450 m L/min and water yield is 370.30 L/d.
