摘要
目的:观察中药外敷神阙穴联合耳穴埋豆治疗颅脑损伤术后患者便秘的有效方法。方法:采用随机分组法,将收治的60例颅脑损伤术后便秘患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予便秘常规护理;观察组在便秘常规护理基础上,采用中药大黄芒硝外敷神阙穴联合耳穴埋豆治疗。10天为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后评价效果。结果:治疗后观察组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组症状积分也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷神阙穴联合耳穴埋豆方法对缓解颅脑损伤术后患者便秘效果佳,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective:to observe the effective method of external application of Shenque point combined with ear point embedding bean in the treatment of constipation after craniocerebral injury.Methods:60 patients with constipation after craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group was given routine nursing care of constipation,and the observation group was treated with rhubarb mirabilite at Shenque point combined with ear point burying beans on the basis of routine nursing of constipation.10 days as a course of treatment,the effect was evaluated after one course of treatment.Results:after treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the symptom score of the observation group was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the external application of Shenque point combined with ear point embedding bean has a good effect on relieving constipation after craniocerebral injury,and it is a safe and effective treatment.
