温肾通督汤配合颈部斜扳法治疗风寒湿痹型神经根型颈椎病 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察自拟方温肾通督汤配合颈部斜扳法治疗神经根型颈椎病(风寒湿痹型)的临床疗效。方法:选取符合神经根型颈椎病诊断的患者60例,随机分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30)例,观察组采用颈部斜扳法联合温肾通督汤内服,对照组采用甲钴胺分散片口服。结果:治疗2周后,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者VAS疼痛评分相比较治疗前均有明显下降,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用温肾通督汤内服配合颈部斜扳手法治疗神经根型颈椎病(风寒湿痹型)的临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenshen Tongdu decoction combined with neck oblique pull method in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind and cold dampness type).Methods:60 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The observation group was treated with the neck oblique pull method combined with Wenshen Tongdu decoction.The control group was orally administered with a dispersion of methylcobalamin.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS pain scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Wenshen Tongdu decoction and cervical oblique wrench in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind and cold dampness type)is significant,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
