湿法PU/PVDF共混膜的制备及其性能研究

摘要 采用湿法成膜法制备了聚氨酯(PU)/聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)共混膜,通过扫描电子显微镜、接触角测试仪、织物电子强力机、透湿仪以及透气仪等对共混膜的微观形态、接触角、力学性能以及透气透湿性进行了测试。实验结果表明:PVDF的加入对共混膜的微观形态产生了一定的影响,随着PVDF含量的增加,共混膜的断裂强度和断裂伸长率以及透气透湿性能均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,且在PVDF含量为20%时,共混膜的综合性能达到最优;而接触角随着PVDF含量的上升而逐渐增加。 The polyurethane(PU)/polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)blend membrane was prepared by wet forming method.The micro-morphology,contact angle,mechanical properties and air permeability of the blend membrane were tested by scanning electron microscopy,contact angle tester,fabric electronic strength machine,moisture permeability tester and air permeability tester.The experimental results showed that the addition of PVDF had a certain effect on the micro-morphology of the blend film.With the increase of PVDF content,the breaking strength,elongation at break and permeability of the blend membrane firstly increased and then decreased・When the content of PVDF was 20%,the comprehensive properties of the blend membrane reached the optimum while the contact angle increased with the increase of PVDF content.
