摘要
文章对产后返岗护士母乳喂养现状及产后返岗护士哺乳期的工作环境支持情况进行综述,并从物理环境、人文环境、制度环境3个方面提出建议,为进一步构建母乳喂养友好工作环境方案,提高产后返岗护士的母乳喂养率、延长其母乳喂养时间提供参考和借鉴。
The article reviewed the current status of breastfeeding and working environment support of postpartum return nurses,and to give suggestions on physical environment,cultural environment and institutional environment,so as to build the friendly working environment program to improver eturning nurses’ breastfeeding rate and extend breastfeeding time.
