摘要
目的:分析早期气管切开对颅脑外伤合并出血病人的影响。方法:选本院120例脑外伤合并出血患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组常规治疗,观察组联合早期气管切开治疗,比较两组临床结局。结果:治疗后,各个时间段观察组的脑氧代谢、神经功能、死亡率均优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:早期气管切开治疗颅脑外伤合并出血患者效果好,可以有效改善脑氧代谢,促进神经功能恢复,且安全性好。
Objective:To analyze the effect of early tracheotomy on patients with traumatic brain injury and hemorrhage. Methods: 120 patients with traumatic brain injury and hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment. The observation group combined with early tracheotomy and the clinical outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the cerebral oxygen metabolism, neurological function and mortality in the observation group were better than those in the control group at different time points(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Early tracheotomy is effective in treating patients with craniocerebral trauma and hemorrhage, which can effectively improve cerebral oxygen metabolism, promote neurological recovery, and have good safety.
