摘要
中频电源广范应用金属材料的透热、熔炼、淬火、退火、焊接、弯管等领域,不同的应用领域对中频电源有不同的技术要求,因此中频电源的控制电路和主电路有不同的结构形式只有在熟练掌握这些电路的基本工作原理和功率器件的基本特性的基础上才能快速准确地分析判断故障原因,故而采取有效的措施排除故障,本文结合多年中频电源的维修经验,对中频电源典型电路和常见故障进行探讨。
The intermediate frequency power supply has been widely applied in the fields of heat transmission,smelting,quenching,annealing,welding,and bending of metal materials.Different application fields have different technical requirements for IF power supply.Therefore,the control circuit and main circuit of the IF power supply have different structures.The cause of failure can be quickly and accurately analyzed and determined only on the basis of mastering the basic working principles of these circuits and the basic characteristics of power devices.Therefore,effective measures have been taken to eliminate the failure.The typical of circuits and common faults for IF power supplies have been explored in the text on the basis of years maintenance experience of IF power supply.
