摘要
为完善执业兽医资格考试机制,本文对巴彦淖尔市执业兽医资格考试发展现状及趋势进行了分析。2010—2018年巴彦淖尔市执业兽医资格考试报考人数1220人,审核通过率为79.1%,参考率为86.6%;获得执业兽医资格证书的考生220人,通过率为26.3%。分析发现有4个特点:一是自2015年市、县两级成立兽医管理部门以来,执业兽医的规范管理进一步强化,报考人数增幅明显;二是资格审核通过率较高,考生趋于年轻化且学历水平不断提升;三是巴彦淖尔市户籍以外的考生和从事动物养殖工作的考生增速较快;四是执业兽医缺口大、缺考率高、注册工作滞后。上述情况提示,今后仍需加强法律法规建设,加大宣传指导和执业兽医师配备力度,进一步提升执业兽医社会认知度和兽医从业者专业素质。
In order to improve the licensed veterinarian qualification examination in Bayannur,its development status and trend were analyzed in this paper.During the period from 2010 to 2018,1220 persons had applied for the examination,79.1%applicants were eligible for the examination,and 86.6%examinees took the examination;a total of 220 examinees had been rewarded the licensed veterinarian qualification certificate,with the pass rate of 26.3%.It was analyzed that the standardized management for licensed veterinarians had been strengthened,followed by a significant increase in the number of applicants since veterinary departments at municipal and county levels were established in 2015;the pass rate of qualification examination became higher,and candidates tended to be younger with upgrading education level;there were increasing applicants from other regions outside of Bayannur and those engaged in animal production industry;however,there was large vacancy in positions of licensed veterinarians,with high absent rate of examination and lagging registration.Considering the above problems,it was necessary to strengthen the development of related laws and regulations,increase public education and guidance and allocation of licensed veterinarians,and to further improve the social acceptance of licensed veterinarians,as well as the professional quality of veterinary practitioners.
