摘要
先张法预应力工型混凝土板桩采用非常规工字型双轴对称截面设计,具有桩身质量好、强度高和成桩可靠等优点。为研究该桩力学特性及其工程应用效果,分别开展了室内抗弯、抗剪试验,依据等效刚度设计理论对某工程进行了支护方案设计,并对该桩在工程中应用情况进行监测。结果表明,先张法预应力工型混凝土板桩设计值与试验结果差异较小,试验过程中裂缝宽度增长较缓慢,在抗弯、抗剪极限状态下裂缝宽度最大值仅为1.81,1.18 mm,桩体表现出良好的力学性能。该桩应用于实际工程时,支护桩体及基坑侧向位移与沉降均未超过二级基坑变形预警值,基坑运营状态正常,安全程度较高,支护效果良好。
The pre-tensioned prestressed concrete I-shaped pile is designed with unconventional I-shaped double-axis symmetrical structure, which has the advantages of good pile body quality, high strength and reliable pile formation. In order to study the mechanical properties of the pile and its engineering application effect, the indoor bending and shear resistance test are carried out based on the relevant specifications, respectively. According to the design theory of equivalent stiffness, the support scheme of a project is designed, and the application of the pile in the project is monitored. The results show that there is few difference between the design value of pre-tensioned prestressed I-shaped concrete pile and the test result. During the test, the crack width increases slowly, and the maximum crack widths are only 1.81 and 1.18 mm under the bending and shear limit conditions. The pile shows great performance mechanical properties. When the pile is used in the actual project, the lateral displacement and settlement of the supporting pile and the foundation pit do not exceed the pre-warning value of the second level foundation pit deformation, the operation condition of foundation pit is normal, which has high degree of safety and good supporting effect.
