电子产品高温试验箱的温度场分析及优化 被引量:4

摘要 环境应力筛选是电子产品生产过程中非常重要的环节,能激发并排除早期故障,而高温测试箱在此环节起着至关重要的作用,其性能好坏直接影响电子产品可靠性。现有的高温试验箱内部温度梯度较大,无法满足试验箱温度均匀的条件,会导致测试结果不准确,此外,加热时间较长,严重影响试验工作效率。结合西门子公司要求,文章以改善高温试验箱温度场分布、缩短加热时间为主要研究目标,首先利用流体仿真软件Fluent对现有高温试验箱进行温度场分析,再通过试验验证仿真的可靠性,并基于最后建立的仿真模型进一步提出环境试验箱的优化方案。结果表明,通过优化,将高温试验箱温度偏差从±4℃优化至±2℃,有效提高高温试验箱温度均一性,加热时间从70 min减少至25 min,加热速率提升一倍,为电子产品高温试验提供更完善的的试验环境。 Environmental stress screening is a key link in production,which can stimulate and eliminate early failures,the performance of high temperature test chamber affects the reliability of electronic products.The temperature gradient in high temperature test chamber couldn’t meet the condition of uniform temperature in test chamber,and the heating time was too long,which affect the inaccurate test results and efficiency of the experiment.Combined with the Siemens requirements,the main research targets was to improve the temperature fields of chamber and to shorten the heating time.Firstly,compared the experimental data with simulation data of the test chamber and verify the authenticity and reliability of the simulation,then,put forward the optimized scheme of high temperature chamber and main parameter in order to improve the temperature distribution of the high temperature test chamber and shorten the heating time.The simulation results show that the temperature deviation of chamber changed from±4℃to±2℃and the heating time reduced from 70 min to 25 min,the heating rate doubled,which provide a perfect experimental environment for the high temperature test of electronic products.
