基于不同培养基底的肝癌细胞成像及力学特性分析

摘要 肝癌在我国的恶性肿瘤致死率中占据第二位,全世界每年都会投入巨大的人力和物力致力于破解癌症奥秘,寻找有效的治疗方式和药物,但截止到目前收效甚微。形貌和力学信息是细胞的基本特征,为了给临床医学提供更多的参考,本文以人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721为样本,采用原子力显微镜对活细胞的形态进行了详细的表征。在QI模式下,获得并分析了培养于不同基底的细胞-探针之间的粘附力范围,以及细胞表面的杨氏模量图谱,实现了细胞基础力学信息的全面检测。 Liver cancer ranks second in the mortality rate of malignant tumors in China.Every year,people devotes huge manpower and material resources to explore the mystery of cancer and expects to find an effective treatment meth-od,but little effect is reward.Morphology and mechanical information are the basic characteristics of cells.In order to provide more reference for clinical medicine,living cancer cell SMMC-7721 was used as a sample to characterize the morphological characteristics by atomic force microscope.Under QI mode,adhesion between the cells cultured on differ-ent substrates and the probe were measured.In addition,the Young’s modulus map of cell were also obtained,thus realizing the comprehensive recording of basic cellular information.
