摘要
目的:探讨顺铂化疗对恶性肿瘤患者血清镁水平的影响。方法:将2008-2018年兰州大学第一医院肿瘤内科322例接受以顺铂为主要化疗药物治疗的恶性肿瘤患者分为研究组(发生低镁血症组,68例)、对照组(未发生低镁血症组,254例),观察两组患者化疗前后相关影响因素与低镁血症的关系。结果:低镁血症的发生,与含顺铂方案的化疗周期数、化疗方案之间存在相关性,与性别、年龄、体质量指数及恶性肿瘤类型等无相关性,与低钾血症、低钠血症及低钙血症的发生无相关性。结论:临床选择以顺铂为主要化疗药物的化疗方案时,可将低镁血症的发生作为参考因素,选择合适的化疗方案。在化疗的同时,应常规补镁,重视镁的补充。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of cisplatin chemotherapy on serum magnesium levels in patients with malignant tumors. METHODS: Totally 322 patients with malignant tumors undergoing cisplatin chemotherapy in the oncology department of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from 2008 to 2018 were extracted to be divided into the study group(hypomagnesemia group, n=68) and the control group(without hypomagnesemia group, n=254). The relationship between hypomagnesemia and related factors of two groups were observed before and after chemotherapy. RESULTS: The occurrence of hypomagnesemia was correlated with the number of chemotherapy cycles and chemotherapy regimens with cisplatin, but was not correlated with gender, age, body mass index and malignant tumor type, also was not correlated with the occurrence of hypokalemia, hyponatremia and hypocalcemia. CONCLUSIONS: When choosing the chemotherapy regimens with cisplatin as the main chemotherapy drugs, the occurrence of hypomagnesemia can be taken as a reference factor to choose the appropriate chemotherapy regimens. At the same time of chemotherapy, routine magnesium supplementation should be emphasized.
